Polisher
Polisher è stato sviluppato specificatamente per raggiungere la qualità High Gloss nel raggio del bordo. Polisher permette di ottenere risultati in finitura High Gloss in poco tempo e senza grandi investimenti economici.
L’assetto compatto di Polisher ed il semplice utilizzo ne permette un’integrazione semplice nella vostra linea di produzione. Il manufatto in uscita dalla macchina bordatrice viene posto su un piano a rulli e spostato con movimento costante attraverso tre dischi
di lucidatura posti a 45°. La cera viene applicata manualmente sui dischi lamellari e da qui trasferita sul manufatto.

The Polisher
The workpiece produced on an edgebander is fed along a roller table past three polishing wheels angled at 45°. This is in a constant lengthwise movement from right to left. Special hard wax is manually applied to the lamellar wheel and from there to the workpiece.
For longer elements optional additional roller units can be fitted to the left and right sides of the Polisher. A regular replacing of the polishing wheels guarantees consistent high quality results.

Wax feed
Special hard wax is manually applied to the lamellar wheel and from there to the workpiece.
Extendable
For longer elements optional additional roller units can be fitted to the left and right sides of the Polisher.
Adjustment of the polishing wheels
The three polishing wheels can be individually adjusted vertically and horizontally to a particular workpiece. Replacement can be carried out quickly and easily.
Wax bar WZG
Universal hard wax bar for use with ABS and PMMA edges.
Electrical connection
For operation a 380V connection is required. An optional additional transformer can be fitted as required.
Polishing wheels WZG
1) The cloth lamellar wheel, running against the feed, firstly polishes the radius with wax.
2) The first polishing wheel, running with the feed, removes any excess wax residues.
3) The second polishing wheel, running with the feed, removes the wax haze – perfect finish!
Height adjustment
The height adjuster allows for easy setting of the desired working position.
