Texture finish for deep structured workpieces

Especially for decors with deeply structured surfaces, the processing tools of the edgebander cannot follow these structures adequately. This leads to adhesive residues in the structural valleys. With Texture Finish as an upgrade to your existing buffing units, you can also produce these difficult decors in Finish Quality - and at low cost!

NFLY protects protective films and pressure rollers

The lubricant NFLY® is a real all-rounder. With our spraying systems, we apply the agent directly to the pressure rollers and thus prevent any leaking adhesive from sticking to the pressure rollers. This makes cleaning much easier.

NFLY® is also sprayed directly onto the already glued edgeband after the pressure zone to prevent the protective films from peeling off as the workpiece passes through the edgebanding machine. The gliding effect prevents the protective film from being removed.

NFLY® is available as a spraying system and also in the practical spray can for manual application in between.

No more glue residues with RIEPE

With the RIEPE® release and cleaning agent spraying systems, you can produce machine-clean workpieces right from the beginning. Due to the release agent being applied before formatting, any adhesive residue that leaks can no longer bond with the workpiece surface. The cleaning agent in front of the buffing wheels dissolves the previously applied liquids and adhesive residues. All residues are now easily removed with the subsequent buffing units creating a machine-clean workpiece. We call that RIEPE Finish Quality.

Since then, we have continuously developed and established our products worldwide in collaboration with the furniture industry and all machine, edge banding, and adhesive manufacturers. We distribute our products and expertise through a global partner network that is continuously trained.

 

These training sessions are conducted by our specialists, who come from the fields of mechanical engineering, woodworking tools, adhesives, edge banding, and wood-based materials manufacturing.
