The integrated control system allows the application quantity to be adjusted continuously by simply varying the parameters. Manual adjustment at the nozzle is no longer necessary. All parameters can be controlled via a modern touch panel, making the entire process not only more convenient, but also significantly more user-friendly. Integration into existing machines is straightforward, as the system can be operated independently or integrated directly into the machine electronics. Up to four nozzles can be controlled centrally. A 20-liter pressure tank ensures maximum coverage and a continuous production process. Optional extensions and other tank sizes are available. A high-precision flow sensor, specially adapted to the liquid used, guarantees the optimum application quantity and continuously monitors the process. The start and end points of all nozzles can be individually adjusted using the latest control system. All data and process values are recorded and can also be read offline – for maximum traceability and quality assurance.
