Spraying systems
Our spraying systems are often pre-installed by machine manufacturers in the furniture industry in the most common machine types. The harmonized chemical products are sprayed onto the workpieces at specific points using our own fine nozzles, thus ensuring a machine-clean finish quality. Retrofitting our low-maintenance spraying systems to existing edgebanders is straightforward and possible without interfering with the machine control system.

All individual components that we deliver with our spraying systems are checked for functionality and adjusted by us. Due to the high quality of our spraying systems and chemical products, we offer a lifetime guarantee on our hardware when used correctly.
Our fine nozzles are designed to work reliably from 2-4.5 bar. We achieve optimum consumption at 3 bar air pressure. In this basic setting, our fine nozzles consume less than one liter of liquid per 5000 running meters of edgeband. Maintenance can easily be carried out by the machine operator. We have produced a short video that shows how easy and uncomplicated this is.
