Coolant WZG/12
Similar to the LP289/99® antistatic coolant, the WZG/12 promotes cooling of the adhesive joint and accelerates curing. The special feature of WZG/12: It prevents cracking of the acrylic edge and must be used here instead of LP289/99®.

After the pressure zone, the coolant WZG/12 is applied to the workpiece in a wafer-thin layer. It has a cooling effect through evaporation. Our WZG/12 coolant is particularly gentle on acrylic edges, preventing cracks from forming on the workpiece.
How much liquid is required?
Our products are economical to use. On average, the consumption is even less than one liter of liquid per 5,000 running meters of edgeband.
