Description
The system cleans chain plates and top pressure belts during operation without interrupting production. This increases efficiency and minimizes downtime. Retrofitting in existing machines is usually possible without any problems and is user-friendly.
An agent specially developed for this application is applied to loosen the dirt. The surface is then cleaned by a brush working in the opposite direction.The system is controlled by electronics, which can be perfectly adjusted to the process in terms of spraying duration and interval.
Scope of delivery:
– Special brushes for top pressure or chain plates, depending on use
– Motor bracket including three-phase motor
– Spray system set including control unit
– Special agent BCF/25 with connection set and suitable holder
