You have a new Machine?

And now?
If your new machine is equipped with our spray systems, you will soon need an initial supply of liquids. Depending on the configuration, you will probably need several liquids. You can find out exactly what these are here or contact us directly.
Do you need support? Then simply pick up the phone and give us a call. We take care of you so that you produce the perfect finish quality.

This release agent has been specially developed to prevent adhesion of all common edgebanding adhesives such as PUR, EVA, PO during processing.

For postforming or softforming and/or additional heating zones

For postforming or softforming processes, our highly heat-resistant release agent TH97® is used as an alternative. The special release agent can easily pass through heating zones without losing its effect.

The NFLY® lubricant has several important functions.
The first is wetting the main pressure roller, which prevents adhesive residues from sticking.

The second important function is the lateral application to the edgeband. The applied lubricating film reduces the sliding resistance and thus prevents marks or damage to delicate edge band surfaces and the removal of the protective foils.

Other applications include tool wetting, touch and skid wetting, wetting of the plate protection film and much more…

Hotair / laser processing

LP120/12® was developed as an alternative for the NFLY®. LP120/12® is used specifically for hot-air and laser processes.

The LP289/99® Antistatic Coolant Agent is sprayed directly onto the adhesive joint after the edge band has been bonded.

The effect:

  • Static discharge of workpieces and milling chips
  • Cooling the adhesive joint
  • Increased tool life due to reduced coating formation on the tools
  • No blocking of the workpieces during stacking
For PMMA/acrylic edges

WZG/12® as an alternative has a similar effect to the LP289/99® antistatic coolant. However, this prevents the formation of cracks in sensitive PMMA/acrylic edges.

In conjunction with the buffing wheels, the LP163/93® cleaning agent not only ensures that all process-relevant liquids are removed, but also, in conjunction with the RIEPE Texture Finish produces the perfect “Finish Quality”. Machine-clean – without manual reworking of the workpiece.
