In the areas:

Export Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Support and development of existing customer relationships in the international furniture supply market
  • Acquisition and development of new customer relationships, especially abroad
  • Identification of market potential and preparation of market analyses in target regions
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase export business
  • Participation in international trade fairs and events to present the company and our products
  • Preparing offers, conducting contract negotiations and concluding contracts
  • Collaboration with internal departments such as production and logistics to ensure smooth order processing
  • Regular reporting to the sales management and participation in strategic sales meetings

What you should bring with you:

  • Successfully completed training or studies in the field of furniture construction, wood technology or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in export and in the furniture supply industry
  • Strong knowledge of the furniture market and the specific requirements of international customers in the supplier industry
  • Business fluent in English; other foreign languages an advantage
  • High willingness to travel to visit customers on site and strengthen business relationships
  • Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and a customer-oriented way of working
  • Good analytical skills as well as strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Confident handling of MS Office and common CRM systems

Commercial employee as clerk (m/f/d) Import - Export

Your tasks:

  • Independent quotation and order processing, invoicing including deadline tracking
  • Preparation of all relevant export documents (invoice, proforma, ABD, UZ, ATR) and processing of the usual customs formalities in compliance with company, country and customer-specific regulations
  • Export control, authorizations at the customs office, BAFA
  • Maintaining contacts, advising and supporting domestic and foreign customers

What you should bring with you:

  • Commercial training with sound knowledge of order processing and customs clearance
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, other languages an advantage
  • Exceptional customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills and a pronounced ability to work in a team

Useful prior knowledge:

  • Experience in working with Sage100 ERP
