Texture finish for deep structured workpieces

Particularly in the case of decors with deeply structured surfaces, the tactile processing tools of the KAM cannot follow these structures adequately. This leads to adhesive residues in the structural valleys. With Texture Finish as an upgrade to your existing buffing unit, you can also produce these sophisticated decors in finish quality - and at low cost!

NFLY® protects pressure rollers and protective films

The lubricant NFLY® is a real all-rounder. With our spraying systems, we apply the agent directly to the pressure roller, preventing any adhesive that escapes from sticking to the pressure roller. This makes cleaning much easier.

NFLY® is sprayed directly onto the already glued edgeband after the pressure zone to prevent protective film from coming off as the workpiece passes through. The gliding effect prevents the protective film from being removed.

NFLY® is available as a practical spray for manual application and as a spray system.

No more glue residues with RIEPE

With the RIEPE® release and cleaning agent spraying systems, you can produce machine-clean workpieces right from the beginning. This is because the release agent applied before formatting release agent applied before formatting, any adhesive residue that escapes can no longer bond with the workpiece surface. The applied cleaning agent applied in front of the flat scraper blades keeps them free of soiling and the previously applied liquids and adhesive residues are loosened again and removed cleanly from the workpiece during subsequent buffing.
